Overview

A consumer dispute starts with the transaction and the response to the complaint. We help organise that record and assess the issues that need to be put before the relevant forum.

The partners’ experience includes representation in consumer matters at district, state and national levels. We assist with reviewing the documents, drafting complaints or responses and conducting the proceedings. We also review settlement proposals where they arise.
