Our main office is at D-11 (Basement), Shanti Kunj, Church Road, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. We also have chambers at the Delhi High Court and Tis Hazari Courts. Please arrange an appointment before visiting.

Our work includes commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, mediation, banking and recovery, property and rent, family and succession, criminal, consumer, employment and regulatory matters. We also advise on contracts and prepare legal documents.

Mohit Gupta and Anisha Gupta are the co-founders. Mohit enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1998 and Anisha in 1999. Both are members of the Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association.

Fees depend on the nature of the matter and the work involved. The proposed scope and professional fees are discussed before an engagement is agreed. There is no standard fee quoted on this website.

Yes. The partners’ work includes litigation, arbitration and mediation. After reviewing the matter, we can discuss the available options and the preparation each would require.

Yes. The partners’ experience includes private clients, banks, businesses, educational institutions, professional associations and public-sector organisations.

The Delhi High Court and Delhi's district courts, including the Magistrates' and Sessions Courts and the Family Courts. The partners also appear before consumer commissions, regulatory commissions and arbitral tribunals, including the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

No. Both partners mediate cases referred by the Delhi High Court, and a partner appointed as mediator acts neutrally for both sides. If you want the firm to represent you, that has to be before a different mediator.

Yes, if the matter is before a court or tribunal in Delhi. The firm also acts as filing counsel in Delhi for advocates based in other cities.

Yes. Consultations can be in Hindi or English.

Anisha Gupta is pro bono counsel with the District Legal Services Authority and sits on legal-aid and mediation panels of the Delhi High Court, the Family Courts and the Crime Against Women Cell. Legal-aid cases are assigned through those bodies, and anyone who needs free legal help can apply to them.
