Biography

Mohit works with businesses, institutions and individuals on litigation, property transactions and the recovery of dues. His practice combines court work with advice on the documents and decisions that often sit behind a dispute.

In practice since 1998

Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi on 28 August 1998, Mohit appears before the Delhi High Court and lower courts as a pleader and trial advocate. He also handles arbitration, conciliation, mediation and filing-counsel assignments.

His experience includes civil recovery suits, cheque dishonour complaints, commercial contracts and property disputes. He advises on sale and purchase documentation, tenancies and the administration of corporate property, alongside consumer, family, succession, employment and criminal matters.
