Mohit has been enrolled as an advocate since 1998 and Anisha since 1999. Their experience covers civil and commercial litigation, banking and recovery, property, family, criminal and consumer matters, alongside arbitration and mediation.
Our main office is in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The firm also maintains chambers at the Delhi High Court and Tis Hazari Courts. Appointments are arranged through the office so that the right documents and people are available for the discussion.

More than 1,000 mediations
Mediation. Anisha’s work includes more than 1,000 mediations across civil, commercial, intellectual property, property and family disputes. She is listed on the public mediator roster of Samadhan, the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
A different perspective
Legal Aid and Panels. Her professional experience also includes family-court and pre-litigation mediation panels and pro bono counsel work with the District Legal Services Authority. These assignments bring a different perspective to the choices people face when a dispute begins.

Work for the courts and the Bar.
Samadhan, the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre
Mediation. Both partners mediate cases referred by the Delhi High Court. Anisha is on the Centre's public roster of mediators, and Mohit is a certified mediator of the Centre.
Delhi International Arbitration Centre
Arbitration. Mohit is an arbitrator with the Centre. The partners' experience also includes matters at the Centre as counsel, and arbitration-related proceedings before the High Court.
Delhi High Court Bar Association
Bar Association. Mohit has served three terms as Treasurer (2011, 2016 and 2019) and two terms as an Executive Member (2005 and 2007) of the Association.
Legal aid, Family Courts and the CAW Cell
Pro Bono. Anisha's panel work covers the Delhi High Court Legal Aid Services, the Family Courts (South West) and pre-litigation mediation at the Crime Against Women Cell, with pro bono counsel work for the District Legal Services Authority.
