Biography

Anisha’s practice brings together litigation, legal advisory and mediation. She works on commercial, civil, property and family disputes, with close attention to the practical terms on which a matter can move forward.

In practice since 1999

Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi on 11 November 1999, Anisha has more than 26 years of professional experience. Her work includes appearances before the High Court, District and Sessions Courts and tribunals, along with pleadings, legal opinions and agreement drafting.

Anisha has conducted more than 1,000 mediations across commercial, civil, intellectual property, property and family matters, including court-annexed and pre-litigation proceedings. Her work includes settlement discussions and the documentation needed to record agreed terms.

She also writes regularly on LinkedIn about family law, including recent judgments on divorce and maintenance.
